At-Line Process Monitoring of Blend Uniformity

LIBS has shown to be an excellent tool for rapid analysis of Magnesium Stearate in tablets & powder blends.  The ability of signal distribution allows identification of lack of uniformity in a blend process.

LIBS is a robust technique that provides reliable lubricant uniformity data information without the need for standards, in a few seconds per tablet, which makes it a remarkable technique for real time process decisions.  In less than a minute, the technology can warn you if the sample is out of tolerance.
